VACANCY NOTICE:
JOB TITLE: Intern at the Human Resources Department
DUTY STATION: Geneva (Residency in Switzerland only)
STARTING DATE: As soon as possible
DURATION: 6 months
POSITION AT (%): 80 - 100%
REPORTS TO: HR Manager
OBJECTIVE: Support the HR team in all aspects of employees’ life cycle and in particular with regard to training and development aspects.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support the HR team members in their daily tasks;
2. Support the HR team to implement internal (mastering internal processes) and external training (in the form of modules and workshops);
3. Participate in the choice of teaching methods, teaching material;
4. Develop tools to assess the learning achievement;
5. Formalize recruitment processes and set parameters in the Applicant Tracking System;
6. Undertake various administrative tasks to support the team.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Training/Diploma in human resources, training in adult education ongoing or achieved;
• Highly-motivated individual; ability to take initiatives;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment;
• Communication skills, especially writing and speaking in English (at least C1 level in both written and oral skills);
• Capacity and willingness to handle administrative tasks.
