Description
We are looking for a candidate to take over the following tasks:
Communication:
• Creation of documents, PowerPoint presentations, charts and graphs
• Social media management (Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) - drafting content and layout
• Company newsletter creation and execution (Mailchimp experience is an asset)
• Outreach and support for events
• Digital concept creation for brochures, newsletters, event agenda, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
Document & database management:
• Client database management in Excel and Google Sheets
• Management of the company filing system
• Management of security for company platforms (YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Infomaniak, WordPress)
Website management using WordPress:
• Continuous content updates and uploads for the company website
• Specific management of website for events: webpage creation and updates (agenda, speaker information, etc.)
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and competencies:
• MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint experience – a must-have)
• Fluency in English – a must
• Experience with WordPress
• Project and database management experience
• Content creation and copywriting experience – a plus
• Reliable, responsible, professional and detail-oriented attitude
• Ability to work under short deadlines, with minimal supervision and deliver quality work
• Proactivity and ability to learn fast
